Position Summary
The Mary Bridge Mental Health Clinician-SW II is responsible for assisting pediatric patients and their families in addressing the social, psychological, developmental and economic impacts of illness, injury and chronic disease. As part of an interdisciplinary team, and to promote optimal health outcomes, the MHC-SW completes comprehensive assessment and provides support and resources to identify and intervene regarding patient/family needs related to: mental health, trauma, environmental and caregiver safety; child abuse and neglect; trauma; grief and loss; adjustment to injury/illness; food, shelter and other basic needs; education and developmental needs, and parenting resource needs.
The MHC-SW joins with patients and their families in identifying solutions to problems that serve barriers as to disease management. The PHP-SW partners with physicians, schools, law enforcement, Children\'s Administration, community mental health providers and other service providers in the community to ensure well-coordinated care across the health care continuum.
Requirements
Master\'s Degree in Social Work (MSW)
Licensed in the state of Washington Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
Minimum three (3) years post MSW Hospital or equivalent experience
Health industry knowledge preferred
Leadership experience preferred

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $41.80 - $60.14 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant\'s years of experience align.

Position Summary
The Enteral Nutrition Care Coordinator supports patients individualized nutrition plan by coordinating the provision of formula, supplies, and equipment on a scheduled basis. This position requires performing duties in conjunction with the Clinical Dietitian. Work situations are a variety of regular functions that require a service-oriented individual with strong organizational skill, independent thinking, good judgment, problem-solving and decision-making. Clinical questions outside the scope of the position are subject to review and referred to the Clinical Dietitian. External contacts include extensive interactions with patient families and caregivers, providers, and formula suppliers. Internal contacts include routine and non-routine interaction with the multidisciplinary team, clinic personnel, and internal supply chain team.
Requirements
Registered Dietetic Tech or registration eligible within 120 days of hire date
OR Pharmacy Tech
OR 2 or more years of experience as a Home Infusion Enteral Coordinator or equivalent
OR AA or BS in Nutrition or related field
Experience in enteral nutrition, home infusion, or pediatric nutrition preferred
Experience in ordering products, coordinating deliveries, and medical reimbursement preferred
