This role requires exceptional communication, discretion, and strategic thinking to ensure the CEO's time is maximized and priorities are met.Responsibilities:
Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and meetings.
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.
Coordinate special events and meetings.
Act as a liaison with staff, physicians, and the public.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
QualificationsEducation/Work Experience Requirements:Associate’s degree in a related field, and five years of progressively responsible work experience in an executive support position, that demonstrates attainment of the requisite job knowledge skills/abilities. Skill in shorthand or speedwriting is preferred.Or any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of the position.Pay Range$38.81 - $56.28 /hourWe are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
