Position Summary
The Clinical Assistant Nurse Manager is an ideal opportunity for a candidate seeking to excel in skilled patient care. Responsible for assessing, planning, coordinating, evaluating, and delegating, the Unit Clinical Supervisor at MultiCare is responsible for high quality care across the unit.
Hospital-based leaders may have a dual matrixed reporting structure.
Responsibilities
You will direct care, provide education, seek resources at the unit/department level, and delegate appropriate tasks
You will apply your specialized knowledge towards the activities of administration, supervision, and evaluation of nursing practice
You will utilize critical thinking skills and independent decision-making regarding patient care and related data
Collaborate with patients, families, patient care teams and community/regulatory agencies to ensure safe, timely, efficient, effective patient-centered quality outcomes
Commit to achieving safe, reliable, and effective operational excellence
Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in Nursing, or obtained within five (5) years from the initial date of hire; RN with 15+ years of service or internal candidates hired before January 1, 2021 may be considered in satisfaction of this requirement in lieu of an education agreement
Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred
Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS)
Current BLS certification
ACLS or NALS or PALS or TNCC certification, as required by facility or department
Certification in specialty area required in one (1) year
Three (3) years of experience in acute care setting

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $129,147.00 - $186,722.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant\'s years of experience align.

FTE:1 , Shift: Day, Schedule: Day
This is a float position and is 8 hours between 6am-6pm Monday-Friday and 2 Saturdays per month. You will be required to travel to at least all of our clinics during your float duration.
Our locations consist of Tacoma, Gig Harbor, Poulsbo, Federal Way, Summer, Eatonville , Puyallup, Graham, Kent, Auburn, Bonney lake, Frederickson, Spanaway, Lakewood and Eatonville.
Schedules will be provided 6 weeks in advance
Position Summary
The Patient Services Representative (PSR) is an excellent opportunity at MultiCare to support our Lab Services. In this role, you will be responsible for patient registration and order entry, phlebotomy, and specimen processing. You may also be responsible for specimen pick-up in offices, report sorting and delivery, supply delivery, and other tasks related to the operation of the specific location.
Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent preferred
Current Medical Assistant-Certified, Medical Assistant-Phlebotomy Certification, or Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist eligible - must complete the training and submit application within 90 days of hire
Completion of phlebotomy course or training preferred
Phlebotomy experience preferred
Previous experience dealing with the public preferred

Position Summary
The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for providing coordination of the precise scheduling of surgical cases and outpatient procedures. This is a clerical position which is the first line representative to the physicians and physician office staff responsible for scheduling operative procedures. This position works a team member of the Surgical Services Department. Work situations are routine and require organization, prioritization, and attention to detail. Internal contacts include patient care staff and management throughout MHS. External contacts include physicians, physician office staff, and vendors.
Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent preferred
Minimum two (2) years of clerical experience in a medical environment, OR preferred
