Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Medical Assistant responsible for performing duties under the direction of a physician to assist inthe examination and treatment of patients. Our client needs 2 Mas Temp-perm required; Peds or Fam Medexp preferred, will consider those without that experience if they have abubbly, passionate, excited to work with Peds attitude (like CSTC). Clinicsare physician owned and have a small company vibe, good work cultureAny candidate that attended UEI will be rejected Shift is 4x10 day shift, will need to work about 1 sat permonthThey must be OK working in all 4 clinics (Tacoma, GigHarbor, Fed Way) they will have their schedule of where they will be a month inadvance and if asked to float mid-day, they will be paid mileage for any mid-dayfloating.There is a 9 panel UDS (no THC)Charting experience: EPIC Submissions need: (email to angriffin@amergis.com)

Good telephone communication skills
Knowledge of medical terminology
Knowledge of medical procedures
Knowledge of clerical functions
Current CPR card (if applicable)
Current PPD or Chest X-Ray (if applicable)

Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program; certification preferred
Minimum of one year relevant experience preferred.
Relevant certification/ license if applicable.
Must be at least 18 years of age
