Position Summary
The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for providing coordination of the precise scheduling of surgical cases and outpatient procedures. This is a clerical position which is the first line representative to the physicians and physician office staff responsible for scheduling operative procedures. This position works a team member of the Surgical Services Department. Work situations are routine and require organization, prioritization, and attention to detail. Internal contacts include patient care staff and management throughout MHS. External contacts include physicians, physician office staff, and vendors.
Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent preferred
Minimum two (2) years of clerical experience in a medical environment, OR preferred

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $22.74 - $32.72 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant\'s years of experience align.

Position Summary
The Enteral Nutrition Care Coordinator supports patients individualized nutrition plan by coordinating the provision of formula, supplies, and equipment on a scheduled basis. This position requires performing duties in conjunction with the Clinical Dietitian. Work situations are a variety of regular functions that require a service-oriented individual with strong organizational skill, independent thinking, good judgment, problem-solving and decision-making. Clinical questions outside the scope of the position are subject to review and referred to the Clinical Dietitian. External contacts include extensive interactions with patient families and caregivers, providers, and formula suppliers. Internal contacts include routine and non-routine interaction with the multidisciplinary team, clinic personnel, and internal supply chain team.
Requirements
Registered Dietetic Tech or registration eligible within 120 days of hire date
OR Pharmacy Tech
OR 2 or more years of experience as a Home Infusion Enteral Coordinator or equivalent
OR AA or BS in Nutrition or related field
Experience in enteral nutrition, home infusion, or pediatric nutrition preferred
Experience in ordering products, coordinating deliveries, and medical reimbursement preferred

What you will do:
Responsibilities listed include, but are not limited to, the following:
Conducts full-cycle recruitment to include, job advertising, sourcing, interviewing, and processing pre-employment background checks, and onboarding
Represents the local branch in job fairs, on-site hiring events, and build solid partnerships within the local community
Implements and adheres to company policies and complies with state and federal laws and regulations to ensure HR compliance
Enhances the candidates experience throughout the process in a timely manner and adheres to service level agreements (SLAs)
Maximizes best practices in recruitment strategies and diversifies candidate outreach efforts on social media and job platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Handshake, Indeed, MyCNAjobs, etc.)
Collaborates with regional talent acquisition and human resource teams with on-going staffing needs and maintains up-to-date employment records
Utilizes the applicant tracking software (iCIMS) and completes data entry within payroll and schedule tracking systems
Coordinates required trainings, confirms team member certification requirements, and conducts periodic audits of employee files

Qualifications
What you will need:
High school diploma or GED is required
Some college courses completed or a two- or four-year college degree is preferred
Minimum of one year of office administration, recruiting, and/or human resources experience
Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office software
Experience with an applicant tracking system or data entry software is a plus
Effective verbal and written communication
Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement
Successful completion of pre-employment background check
