Deskside Support Engineer

Responsibilities and Qualifications
i. Design and implement global desktop/laptop images
ii. Develop wrappers and packaging for use in patch distribution
iii. Define and coordinate global image rollout schedules
iv. Coordinate with infrastructure and security teams on desktop/laptop software install requirements Lead troubleshooting activities in resolution of patch execution and deployment issues
i. 3-5 years of experience in desktop engineering and/or desktop hardware and software configuration troubleshooting for Intel and iOS based systems
ii. 1-3 years of experience in the use of SCCM as a patch deployment tool
iii. Experience with various server systems, operating systems, and diverse technical environments
iv. Ability to install software for and troubleshoot a wide range of applications
v. Excellent customer service orientation and verbal communication skills
vi. Advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
vii. Good experience of Win10 upgrade is a must.
viii. Mac experience is preferred.
