The ideal candidate knows that growth requires a balance of creativity and analytics to be successful. They will have proven experience in developing content marketing initiatives that maximize audience engagement to perpetuate a strong foundation for the firm. We are looking for an energetic storyteller, tech-savvy marketer, and skilled communicator with exceptional research and writing skills. The right person for this role is a team player, problem-solver, and idea architect with a firm comprehension of which content performs best for digital channels. The successful candidate for this role will need strong project management skills and the ability to envision and execute communications plans on a deadline.

Qualifications

• Academic background (or equivalent) in Marketing, Finance, Business, and/or Communications
• Related financial services or fintek experience of 3–5 years
• Interest in pursuing a career in impact
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think clearly under pressure
• Interest in markets and the economy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Creative approach to problem solving
• Strong project management and organizational skills and able to manage multiple projects and adjust priorities to meet business needs
• Clear understanding of digital audiences
• Enthusiasm for digital media trends
• Proficient copywriter and editor
• Comfortable in a collaborative environment working with a diverse and inclusive team in remote locations
• Passion for sustainability, education, clean energy, affordable housing, and inclusion
• Proficient to advanced skills with MS Office (Office365, Excel, PowerPoint) and WordPress, additional visualization software skills are a plus
