Develop solutions to customer needs utilizing the Eurofins lab network and knowledge of technical team.
Develop an existing base of underpenetrated accounts as needed
Support the Business development team to close large opportunities when needed
Generates quotes and orders for customer as required, utilizing internal business processes.
Professionally handle general requests coming from customers and ensure that issues are assigned to relevant team members.
Learns to use and consistently enters information in the company CRM as required to consolidate all the information in one opportunity in one system
Learns to use other IT systems as needed to access product information and support customers
Work with other department to improve efficiency of the lead to cash process
Progressively “specializes” in a product category by acquiring deep knowledge of services to be able to quote without the assistance of other labs or technical team
Utilizes material and trainings to capture information required from clients.
Based on customer input identify patterns opportunities for establishing new services
Identify and supports opportunities to build stronger alliances with other labs in the network
Generates quotes and orders for customer as required, utilizing internal business processes.
Learns features and increase usage of TRF online for existing customers, suggesting and driving improvements if needed
Compile procedures, processes, etc. in SOP document when necessary
Develops and maintain relationship with key people at other labs both in the technical and sales community
Learn to be able to comprehend test report enough to manage basic customer’s questions
Follows up on payment when necessary
Provide key clients period reports as needed
Act as back up for client services and operations as needed
Manage and drive resolution of customer complaints or issues
Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate services, explain service features, and solicit orders.
Recommend services and test plans to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.
Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.
Provide estimates, quote prices, turnaround times, negotiate contract terms
Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
Perform administrative duties, such as preparing sales reports, filing expense account reports.
Obtain credit information about prospective customers.
Negotiate details of contracts and payments.
Qualifications
The Ideal Candidate would possess:
Familiarity with regulatory landscape, performance testing for one or more of the following product categories: Softline, Food Packaging, Cosmetic & Personal care products, Detergents and Household care products
Experience in working in a modernly organized sales force with a CRM system, a structured lead assignment & management process, different roles in the sales team.
Basic Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor degree
3+ years of experience in sales
Strong sales and closing skills
Conscientious, detail oriented, proactive
Self-starter, independent, energetic
Logical/Scientific mindset to learn the basics of the various test services Eurofins provides
Business acumen
Strong common sense and problem solving ability
Fast learner

Extensive knowledge of Microsoft office, especially, Excel spreadsheets
