DescriptionThis position is remote and can sit in the footprint of Providence in the states of AK, WA, OR, CA, TX and MT. Some travel required.The Principal Engineering Program Manager within Cybersecurity will lead the Privileged Access Management (PAM) service within Identity and Access Management. This leadership role will work hand in hand with Engineering counterparts and peer program managers to drive enterprise wide, highly visible programs to implement and adopt processes and solutions that will mature Providence’s security posture while reducing our overall risk landscape. In partnership with key stakeholders, you will focus on the deployment of key PAM functions across the enterprise, develop strategies and roadmaps, manage, and maintain the health of the PAM environment to progress the program’s strategic direction.Essential responsibilities of this role include:
Manage and coordinate cross functionality across security teams and stakeholders to successfully deliver PAM capabilities
Drive critical PAM workstreams ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and continuing to progress the programs strategic direction
Ensure PAM goals align with the mission and goals of Identity and Access Management
Formulate, organize, and monitor inter-connected projects/programs and associated workstreams
Decide and deliver on suitable short-term and long term objectives
Manage program and product issues, risks, and changes to ensure goals are achieved
Deliver issues and risk tracking and resolution, decision logs, communication plans and other program documentation
Engage with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent
Deliver change management and communication strategies
Establish program metrics and evaluation methods to assess strengths, identity opportunities of improvement as well as timely reporting of program throughout its lifecycle
Prepare and present reports for program sponsors and executive leaders
Resolve program scope issues and deadlines
Lead efforts to define epics, features, and create user stories, ensuring delivery of business value
Act as a coach, mentor, and role model to other program managers
Support and guide others in working in a global service delivery model
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree - Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering. Or equivalent educ/experience,
8 years - Related experience; 8-12 years preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree. Or equivalent educ/experience,
Experience in a Healthcare environment.
Agile / Scrum experience
Working in a global delivery model
The salary range listed for this position MIN:$58.92 to MAX:$100.31 per hour is based upon the primary work location Redmond, WA posted. This position is remote. Salary range and offers are determined by internal pay equity and geographic cost of living differences. Salary range will vary from State and region. Salary max is limited to 75% range in order to continue to offer internal pay growth.
