Human Resources AssistantLocation: Vancouver, WAStarting Pay: $21.00-$23.00/hour + Benefits Package & Perks!We are searching for an HR Assistant to help support our Vancouver office! This position performs a variety of human resources administration functions, including: conducting hiring processes, recruiting, initial training, new associate orientation, administering benefits, entering associate information into the automated resource system, maintaining personnel files, providing counseling, and maintaining EEO/AA records.To ensure success in this role, the ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent active listening and communication skills, good personal presentation, politeness and tact, and be able to function in a high-pressure environment.
