DescriptionThe Associate Lab Assistant is responsible for completing and maintaining competency in specimen processing and packing, phlebotomy, and client services. Assists in the pre-analytical phase of select testing. Upholds laboratory compliance and accreditation through adherence to established departmental policies and procedures, safety standards, and infection control standards. Completion of a formal Phlebotomy Training Program.

Washington Medical Assistant Phlebotomist Certification upon hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous phlebotomy experience.
