Responsibilities: Assist in compiling research for anchor, maintaining on-air updates during live programGather information on breaking news stories for anchors to relay on airPrint scripts for anchors and create one-sheets on guestsProvide daily support by managing calendars, appearance and scheduleSchedule and book travel and meetingsOrganize and schedule meetings and interviewsMaintain and process expense reportsRespond to correspondencesPerform light errandsOrder, build and coordinate graphic elements for airWork closely with producers to research, select and locate required photos for broadcastPitch stories and guests for showWork on content for digital platforms, social media and MS NOW’s DTC products
