POSITION OVERVIEW The Assistant Regional Director of Building Operations facilitates Regional Directors and provides support towards property managers and building engineers throughout Stream’s assigned regional portfolio with due diligence, facility transitions, recruiting , safety and job related training, technical assistance, management of facilities with engineering-only services, code compliance, environmental and hazardous waste administration, preventive maintenance system development, budgeting and major project management, bidding and review, capital projects, energy audits, energy conservation measures and new business development.  RESPONSIBILITIES Tenant relations. Attendance and dependability. Technical Support and ensure efficiency in operational mechanics of assigned portfolio. Troubleshoot issues and develop solutions internally or externally work with vendors and tech providers for needed solutions. Operating Engineers license (SMA) or equivalent Must be certified as a Universal Technician for CFC’s or within 90 days of employment.
