The Office of Performance Analysis and Integrity manages and enhances the Client Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) which resides on one Oracle M8 Supercluster database and thirteen application servers. Our team provides the technical services required to sustain EDW applications to include Project Management, Data Warehouse Management, Advanced Analytics, Tableau Server Administration/Tableau Desktop Administration, Technical Collaboration Support, Lessons Learned, Executive Orders and Special Projects, Architectural Enhancement, and Cloud Migration. We also provide management, enhancement, integration, implementation, maintenance, modernization, and infrastructure support for EDW applications and enhancement and maintenance of business intelligence capabilities and predictive analytics. Key Responsibilities:Provide business process subject matter expertise and perform analysis of potential impacts to systems and applications.Analyze business rules and formulate business rulesMaintain and manage application(s) backlog of bugs, issues and enhancements for ongoing government review and development prioritization.Facilitate, support, and manage sprint cycle development priorities.Facilitate working sessions with the key stakeholders to understand business needs and identify improvements.Facilitate the elicitation, analysis, prioritization, validation, refinement and documentation of detailed requirements.Capture and manage requirements for release, sprint and backlog.Coordinate requirements reviews and resolve requirements conflicts.Create and maintain business process documentation and workflows.Capture high-level functional requirements and traceable decomposition into epics, capabilities, features and stories.Ensure that all application development adheres to requirements and achieves objectives, adheres to policies and procedures.Support and provide user trainingSupport reporting integrations and report updates due to changes to system changesSupport ad hoc and custom reports creation based on user requests, policies, and proceduresPerform Applications Operation Analysis per application (includes usage and recommendations) and develop reportDevelop and maintain standard system documentationWork is very data centric Current EnvironmentOracle DatabaseInformatica for ETLOBIETableauMS Dynamics Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree with min 10 years experience required for senior role.Expertise in business process and complex system requirements gathering, analysis, design, coordination, and testing, database, systems and SQL a plus.Experience working with IT teams and collaborating with technical teams of diverse IT related skillExemplary communication and analytical skillsExperience creating briefs, spreadsheets, and concise, clear documentation About Arthur GrandArthur Grand is an IT services firm specializing in Digital Transformation initiatives for Federal, Commercial, State & local customers.
