What you will be doing:Support Servers in delivering a seamless, professional, and engaging dining experienceAssist with food and beverage service, ensuring accuracy, presentation, and timing meet LQA standardsMaintain a strong understanding of menus, ingredients, and preparation methods to confidently support guest interactionsAnticipate guest needs and provide thoughtful, attentive service throughout the dining experienceAssist in setting, clearing, and resetting tables with precision and attention to detailEnsure all service areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked at all timesCommunicate effectively with both Front of House and Culinary teams to ensure smooth service flowSupport large parties, special events, and unique dining experiences with professionalismClears tables and carries dirty dishes from dining room to kitchenReplaces soiled table linens and sets tables with silverware and glasswareFollow all health, safety, and sanitation standardsOther duties assigned
