The Civil Engineering Director serves as the senior engineering advisor responsible for providing technical expertise supporting infrastructure planning, capital investment programs, real property management, project prioritization, facilities management, and construction oversight across mission-critical assets.  Key Responsibilities Provide expert civil engineering guidance for infrastructure programs and projects.Support facility planning, construction management, and capital improvement initiatives.Evaluate facility conditions, lifecycle costs, maintenance requirements, and infrastructure risks.Provide technical input for project prioritization and investment decisions.Support engineering compliance reviews and policy development.Advise leadership on infrastructure modernization strategies.Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and government stakeholders.Support real property accountability and asset management initiatives.
