The Manager, Membership Renewals is responsible for retaining Health Evolution's Enterprise Membership and Partnership base. This individual owns a defined portfolio of current Members, managing the renewal process from early outreach through signed renewal, tracking renewal health, and flagging at-risk accounts to leadership. The role partners closely with the EVP, Membership & Market Development and works cross-functionally with Marketing, Member Experience, and Curation teams to keep Members engaged and satisfied ahead of renewal. This role reports directly to the EVP, Membership & Market Development, and works alongside other members of the Membership team responsible for new sales, renewals, and Member engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the day-to-day renewal process for an assigned portfolio of Enterprise Members and Corporate/Strategic Partners, tracking renewal timelines and key milestones in Salesforce.Conduct renewal outreach and check-in calls with Member points of contact to confirm satisfaction, surface concerns early, and secure renewal commitments.Identify and flag at-risk accounts to the EVP, and help build and execute retention plans for accounts showing signs of disengagement.Prepare renewal proposals, updated pricing, and benefit summaries for Member review, in coordination with the EVP.Maintain accurate and current renewal, account, and forecast data in Salesforce, providing regular status updates to leadership.Support relationship management with Member executives and their offices, serving as a responsive day-to-day point of contact.Partner with the Member Experience and Curation teams to ensure Members remain engaged throughout the year and arrive at renewal well-supported.Help identify modest upsell or expansion opportunities within existing accounts (e.g., additional Member seats) and route larger opportunities to the EVP.Assist with Marketing follow-up related to renewal communications and Member touchpoints.Attend the Summit, Connect, or select Forum Roundtables as needed to support Member relationships in person.What Success Looks LikeStrong, consistent renewal rate across an assigned portfolio of Enterprise Members and Partners.Early identification and effective management of at-risk accounts.Accurate, up-to-date renewal forecasting that gives leadership clear visibility into the portfolio.Responsive, trusted relationships with Member points of contact that support long-term retention.
