Arthur Grand Technologies is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Security Architect – Remote for one of our clients.

This is a platform for electronically filing returns with the Client. It provides SOA based web services that filers use to submit returns and provides web applications for Client users to work with the returns. It validates filed returns, determines their disposition, and interfaces with other Client systems for downstream processing of the returns.  Task Description:  Lead security architecture to evolve the alignment with the Client future state architecture. Serve as Client key Point-of-Contact for security security-related decisions. Drive remediating of security vulnerabilities proactively and based upon security scanning reports. Make recommendations for increasing DevSecOps maturity. Drive recommendations and provide guidance related to the Portal, which hosts several applications. Primary Duties:Develop and extend security solution architectures – estimated 25%Provide recommendations/architectural options and solutions, especially related to security for migrating to containers and to the Cloud – estimated 25%Coordinate team activities related to security vulnerability remediation and responding to customer requests – estimated 15%Attend meetings and provide recommendations related to the Portal within applications run – 15%Maintain and/or create contractual deliverables in accordance with Client templates – estimated 10%Provide LoE estimates for Impact Assessments and VROMs – estimated 5%Provide recommendations for implementing DevSecOps practices – estimated 5% Required Skills/Level of Experience:Experience developing, in collaboration with stakeholders, including customers, partners, project teams, and vendors, security architectures for large, complex programs - 8+ yearsExperience in leading team(s) of architects and/or developers – 8+ yearsStrong customer communication skills, both oral and written – 8+ yearsExperience developing security architecture for applications running in the Cloud – 5+ yearsExperience developing security architecture for applications running in containers – 5+ yearsExperience developing security solutions for AWS GovCloud – 4+ yearsExperience with microservices security – 4+ yearsExperience with architecting Spring Boot applications – 4+ yearsExperience enhancing Portal architectures – 4+ yearsExperience in developing DevSecOps solutions on complex projects – 4+ yearsExperience with the Linux platform – 4+ yearsExperience with CM tools, such as IBM Engineering Workflow Management (EWM) and Git SCM – 4+ yearsExperience developing (V)ROM estimates in response to requests for new work – 3+ yearsCISSP Certification
