Mountain Springs Lodge is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and creating a positive experience for all visitors.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate department.
Manage reservations and ensure accurate billing.
Espresso Barista
Cashiering for retail and reservations
Provide information about resort services, facilities, and local activities.
Handle guest requests and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area and lobby space.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest services.
Uphold security protocols and safeguard guest privacy.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service-related role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Proficiency in basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel reservation systems.
Positive attitude and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
Professional attitude and appearance.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.
