We’re looking for a dedicated Hourly Manager to help lead our front-of-house operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Position: Hourly Manager
Location: Leavenworth, WA
Compensation: $25/hour + dining discounts
Schedule: Full-time or part-time; primarily evenings and weekends
What You’ll Do
Lead daily operations to ensure smooth, professional service.
Train, motivate, and support front-of-house staff.
Maintain high standards for hospitality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
Oversee table service flow, coordinate with the kitchen, and resolve guest issues gracefully.
Assist with scheduling, inventory, and opening/closing procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
A passion for hospitality and local, seasonal food.
Experience in restaurant management or as a lead server/bartender.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Calm under pressure, organized, and dependable.
Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
