Customer Service:
-Greet golfers and other guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
-Represent The Albatross by Karma’s values by offering excellent service and maintaining a professional appearance.
-Promote specials, offer menu suggestions, and share new items or events to enhance the customer experience.
-Accurately process cash, credit, and mobile payments.
-Provide assistance and respond to any customer requests or inquiries.
-Address any customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and a calm demeanor.
Food & Beverage Preparation:
-Prepare snacks, meals and beverages for customers.
-Keep the Fairway well-stocked including popular beverages, mixers, snacks, and supplies.
-Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the fairway, kitchen and bar.
-Follow food safety guidelines for preparing, storing, and serving food and beverages.
Inventory & Stocking:
-Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock is replenished throughout the day.
-Restock the snack shack as needed, ensuring products are always available for customers.
-Report any shortages or product issues to management.
Team Collaboration:
-Work closely with fellow staff members, including kitchen staff, the restaurant team and course employees, to ensure smooth operations.
-Communicate with supervisors and managers about any issues or customer feedback.
-Additional Responsibilities:
-Assist in setting up and breaking down for special events and tournaments
-Perform light maintenance tasks as needed, such as checking cooler temperatures or replacing depleted supplies.
