Server / Bartender – Join the Wildflour Front-of-House Team

Location: 1 Hour from Wenatchee – Reliable Transportation Required

Schedule: Wednesday through Sunday required

Wildflour, an award-winning, chef-driven restaurant specializing in Northwest and Northern Italian-inspired cuisine, is hiring an experienced Server/Bartender to join our front-of-house team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced dining environment, communicates with professionalism, and takes pride in delivering a top-tier guest experience.

This position is very lucrative—our servers and bartenders consistently earn excellent tips thanks to our high-volume weekends, destination clientele, and reputation as the #1 OpenTable-rated restaurant in the Wenatchee area.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver warm, knowledgeable service that elevates the guest dining experience

Confidently craft cocktails, pour wine and beer, and run the bar with precision

Handle high-volume service with accuracy, timing, and attention to detail

Communicate clearly with fellow FOH staff and the kitchen during busy service

Maintain professionalism, cleanliness, and organization at all times

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

2+ years FOH experience in a full-service restaurant (bartending a strong plus)

Confidence in cocktail technique, wine service, and food knowledge

A guest-first mindset with the ability to upsell naturally and maximize earnings

Reliability: ability to work Wednesday through Sunday without issue

Reliable transportation (non-negotiable due to remote location)
