We are looking for a Restaurant Manager at the Public House at Sigillo Cellars, Restaurant and Bar. You will have the opportunity to work with our creative Executive Chef to relaunch a new concept in the Chelan area. Our Restaurant Manager will lead all aspects of our Public House pertaining to FOH operations. They will deliver a high-quality menu and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service and demonstrate exceptional qualities of hospitality.
Restaurant Manager responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals. They will ensure efficient restaurant operations, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, customer-service and hospitality standards. Pay based on experience.
Outlined Responsibilities:
Must uphold the golden rule (BE HOSPITABLE!)
Must maintain a team atmosphere at all a times
Manage all Public House employees, effectively and efficiently
Demonstrate and maintain (for self and crew), a professional and sanitary quality of appearance and vocabulary (no cursing or swearing, low volume of voice, professional attire, general hygiene upkeep)
Maintain a safe work environment for self and fellow employees
Requirements:
Must have FOH and managerial experience
Must be open to growth, learning and the pursuit of perfection
Experience with Toast POS
Must have reliable mode of transportation
Attend required staff meetings
Open availability of weekends and nights
Ability to follow oral and written instruction
Ability to function well under pressure
Moderate physical requirements (ability stand for 8+ hours)
Attention to detail and adherence to plating styles and overall presentation
Ability to manage time proficiently
Ability to organize tasks and station efficiently
Ability to work in conditions that may be hot, noisy and stressful
