The Job:
A shift leader is responsible for opening/closing the shop and some supervision of the team. They manage the point-of-sale, prep ice cream desserts as well as handle customer relations. A shift lead is able to foster teamwork throughout the crew, and set the example for how the job should be performed. This individual shares our workplace values and upholds the mission of Whistlepunk Ice Cream Co. This is a part-time position, 20 - 25 hrs/wk.
