Position: Sous Chef
Location: Leavenworth, WA
Pay: $25 - $30 per hour, depending on experience
Responsibilities:
Ensure the quality and consistency of food production
Oversee preparation and presentation of dishes
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Collaborate & work alongside our Culinary Director
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar kitchen leadership role
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
Ability to mentor a team
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Passion for high-quality food and hospitality
