Vin du Lac Bistro is the only true Farm to Table restaurant in the area, and we have a few positions available for hardworking candidates with a positive attitude and an interest in being part of a growing, quality-focused food and wine business.
We pay top wages, and all employees share in tips, including kitchen staff.
Positions available:
Cook: Work with top quality meat and seafood and produce from our own garden to produce creative dishes with artful presentation. This position requires some prior experience (grill/sauté), but we will train to meet the high standards of modern farm to table cuisine. FT preferred, but will consider PT.
Bistro prep: prepare beautiful salads and artistic appetizers using fresh ingredients. Both PT and FT positions available. Experience is appreciated, but we will train if you have a genuine interest in learning food prep and presentation at a Farm to Table restaurant with high standards.
