Animal Hospital of Wenatchee is seeking an enthusiastic and positive person to join our team as a part-time to full-time Veterinary Receptionist.
Animal Hospital of Wenatchee is a state of the art, full-service veterinary medical facility located in the heart of Washington State. We provide complete care from routine vaccines to advanced surgical procedures. Our clinic is a fast-paced multi-doctor practice. We are a fun group of highly skilled individuals who encourage teammates to continue learning and growing, in a positive and supportive environment.
Candidate must have excellent communication skills, acute attention to detail, be a self-starter, and a team player. Responsibilities will include answering phones, scheduling appointments, interacting and communicating with the pet owner, safe and compassionate handling of patients, and completion of financial transactions. Excellent computer skills are a must, along with the ability to multi-task.
This position requires the ability to lift up to 40 pounds and be active for a majority of the workday. We are open Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
