Location: Human Resources - Administration Building

Working Shift: Day Shift

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.

• 1 to 2 years of experience preferred.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish. Ability to translate documents from English to Spanish.

• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small to large group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

• Written and Verbal fluency in English and Spanish

• Able to work well and support coworkers in a team environment.

• Excellent interpersonal communications skills and customer service skills, exercising diplomacy and good judgment.

• Demonstrate attention to detail, effective organizational and prioritization skills.

• Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assists the Recruitment Administrator in all areas of recruitment.

• Works well with the HR Team and provide a positive supportive attitude.

• Screens employment applications received via paper or online Applicant Tracking System (Kronos WFR) for work history and eligibility.

• May perform pre-employment drug tests on applicants when needed.

• Assists with maintaining unemployment program; completes relevant forms and returns to Employment Security Department in timely manner.

• Trains as a backup for Recruitment Administrator:

o Creates job postings as requested by company management. Publishes advertisements for jobs as needed.

o Conducts new hire orientations.

o Uploads new or rehired employees into Kronos WorkForce Ready.

o Manage CMS Money Network Paycards.

o Run recruitment reports on monthly basis.

o Complete I-9 forms for each newly hired or rehired employee.

• Translate documents from English to Spanish.

• Assist with annual I-9 audits for Warehouse, Admin and Orchard locations.

• Create personnel files for newly hired employees.

• Other duties may be assigned.
