We have an excellent opportunity for a Facilities Lead at our Wenatchee location. The Facilities Lead job function is to provide coaching and validation for their department. The Facilities Lead will provide excellent customer service embodying AIDET plus the Promise Principles as well as sufficient support to other members within the department. The Facilities Lead will be responsible for understanding and validating certain Studer Principles, perform administrative duties, and will be asked to provide ideas on how to improve the department. The Facilities Lead will also complete their daily direct service tasks.
Position Requirements:
⢠High School graduate or GED
⢠Three yearsâ experience in a senior or leadership janitorial role; combination of appropriate experience on the job, training, and/or education may substitute preferred experience.
