POSITION SUMMARY:
Seeking a safe and efficient facilities maintenance worker to assist in repair and maintenance of City facilities, furnishings and equipment including construction, building improvement as well as a variety of routine tasks, such as:
Carpentry work building and painting cabinets, tables and shelves
Hanging and taping dry wall, patching walls and painting interior and exterior structures
Listing and assembling materials and tools required for projects
Maintaining an organized, clean and safe work environment. Performing general clean up throughout shift
REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or GED
Valid WA State Driver License
Basic Construction Background Preferred (carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
RATE OF PAY:
$12.00 - $24.00/hour DOQ
