Key Duties:
- Maintain clean and clutter-free resident areas.
- Monitor property access and sign-in visitors on the log.
- Report any incidents promptly and in detail.
- Conduct regular and random patrols to ensure security.
- Keep the area neat and orderly at all times.
- Maintain a daily activity log.
- Fulfill any other assigned duties.
