We are recruiting now for positions that we plan fill in from August to early September. Wenatchee Valley residents could start immediately.
We are looking to hire 3-5 new employees in this position.
Veteran owned manufacturer of Tactical Gear seeks new team members. We are a rapidly growing manufacturer of Kydex and Nylon Tactical Products. We build high quality gear for military, police, CCW, outdoorsmen, and competitive shooting.
Currently hiring for: Kydex Holster Manufacturing and Assembly (Full Time)
This position is integral to the daily and weekly production of Kydex gear.
Employees in this position work in a team based assembly line, doing multiple production tasks to build gear quickly and efficiently.
These tasks include but are not limited to: Thermomolding, Layout, Sanding, Buffering, Cutting, Riveting and Contouring Kydex to manufactur gun holsters.
All employees are required to work with a high level of quickness, efficiency and accuracy.Job
Requirements :Ability to follow detailed instructions and designs. Ability to precisely measure distances and angles with fractions.Basic knowledge of safe and effective operation of woodworking or metal fabrication tools, such as a Bandsaw, Edge Sander, Belt Sander, Drill Press, Buffing Wheel and/or Dremel. Extensive experience not required, just a willingness to learn.Ability to stand at a work station for 8-9 hours per day. Employees may also be required to occasionally sit, bend and kneel occasionally.Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.Be a team player.
Comfortable with firearms. Not just the idea of them, but literally being surrounded by them constantly. You may be required to handle unloaded firearms as part of the production and prototype process. Additionally, we are a company that builds holsters. Our employees carry guns. We prefer employees with firearm experience. Prior military service a big plus. Please have your DD214 available during the interview.
Hours: You can work a 4 day, 10 hour shift or 5 day, 8 hour shift, Monday - Friday. Shop work starts at 6am and ends at 4:30 pm.
