Overview
The Reliability Compliance Documentation Specialist will work closely with the Reliability Compliance team to develop, implement and lead the administration of District Reliability Compliance documentation program designed to standardize documentation processes and procedures supporting the Reliability Compliance department and reliability compliance standard owners across the District. Maintain the District's Reliability Compliance documentation supporting audits, spot checks, self-certifications and for any other presentation to the District's enforcement authority, or to regulatory agencies such as NERC or FERC. Will also provide back-up administrative support for the Reliability Compliance department.
Responsibilities
· Manage Reliability Compliance program documents, records and evidence. Retrieve, receive, acquire, name, file, organize, store, archive, destroy and otherwise maintain in an audit ready manner, all reliability compliance documentation needed for audits, spot checks, self-certifications and for any other presentation to the District's enforcement authority, or regulatory agencies such as NERC or FERC. Communicate and coordinate with standard owners and Reliability Compliance department personnel. Set up and manage paper or electronic filing systems, record and track information, update paperwork, etc.
· Work with IT and other departments, as a subject matter expert, to implement and continuously improve document management and compliance technology solutions and related processes.
· Perform Reliability Compliance administrative support activities in coordination with Transmission and Compliance administrative staff. Duties include, but not limited to, copying; filing (electronic and other); scheduling meetings; drafting agendas; preparing meeting materials; assisting with preparation of PowerPoint presentations; assisting with audit preparation and coordination; drafting correspondence; assisting with RSAW preparation; conducting report queries in Maximo and running/preparing reports; attending meetings; updating tracking spreadsheets; data entry; printing; scanning and other administrative duties as assigned. Communicate with outside entities, including WECC. Must represent District and Reliability Compliance Department in professional manner.
· Develop and maintain department SharePoint web pages or other procedural information or libraries to support department and Standard Owners. Update web pages as needed and work with department personnel to maintain web pages with current links and information.
· Maintain department processes and procedures. Review with Reliability Compliance Analysts and Reliability Compliance Manager and update as needed. Document administrative department procedures and propose administrative process improvements within the department. Leads process improvement efforts in area of responsibility. Performs special projects as assigned.
· Maintain regular and predictable attendance: Perform related duties and responsibilities as required. Comply with District policies. Complete all required training. Maintain a working knowledge and comply with District safety procedures and specific safety requirements of this position, and those in accordance with applicable provisions of the Revised Code of Washington (RCW) and Washington Administrative Code (WAC).

Qualifications
Education
Equivalent experience (year for year) may substitute for required education.
· No post-secondary education is required.
· AA degree or vocational training in office management or a related field is preferred.
Experience
· 5+ years of progressively responsible administrative support for a diverse workgroup with an emphasis on records management and administrative process development is required.
· Experience administering regulatory or legal documentation systems is desired.
Licenses and Certifications
· CIP PRA Background Screen required and
· CIP training (if P-CIP required, assign P-905 and P-906 also) required and
· CIP training (if P-CIP required, assign P-905 and P-906 also) required and
· 906 CIP Cyber Security required

Knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials and Maximo Asset Management is preferred.
