Manage order processing from receipt to delivery, ensure compliance with industry regulations, coordinate with inventory and shipping teams, track order status, and handle customer inquiries.

Coordinate with inventory, shipping, and customer service teams.
Monitor and track order status, ensuring timely fulfillment.
Handle returns and exchanges efficiently.
Maintain accurate order records and documentation.
May occasionally be asked to make deliveries for the company in the company vehicle.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in order fulfillment or logistics
- Knowledge of cannabis regulations a plus
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders.
- Strong organizational and multitasking Skills
- Pass a background check, clean driving record
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, & Teams is Required, Knowledge of Grow flow is a plus.
- MUST BE 21 or older; Have a valid driver's license
