Job Title: Patient Care Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Greet every patient with kindness, respect, and empathy, ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
- Manage scheduling appointments, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Respond promptly to email and ReviewWave messages, addressing patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and accuracy.
- Check patients in and out of appointments, collecting payments and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Explain insurance benefits to patients, helping them navigate their coverage and understand their financial responsibilities.
-Perform light cleaning duties to maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or healthcare administration preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations, with the confidence to be firm when necessary.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional patient care and representing Lakeland Chiropractic with pride and integrity.
- Flexibility to work Monday-Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
