ADF Helicopters is looking for a cheerful individual with their own transportation to join our happy team at Anderson Airfield in Brewster, WA.
You will be doing Basic accounting/ data entry using mostly Excel, Word, and Numbers programs. We are willing to train the appropriate candidate, but you must have a general knowledge of the mentioned programs. The individual must be willing and able to learn new tasks.
Other duties will include:
Getting Mail, Parts and collaborating with the main office.
Keep track of vehicle registration & insurance expiration dates.
Pilot correspondence and intake at the start of each season. File and track billing from the pilots during the season.
Light Cleaning. General help organizing around the hangar and Heli house.
