Resident Apartment Manager for 84 Unit Residential Apartment building in Downtown Wenatchee with commercial spaces, storage building and parking lot.
Duties include: rent collection and record keeping, answering the phone, marketing and showing available units, processing applications, preparing rental paperwork, resolving tenant issues, lost keys, facilitating deliveries, repairs and service calls, cleaning, etc. The building has a full time maintenance superintendent.
Compensation is a one-bedroom, view apartment which includes water, sewer, garbage, hot water, cable, parking and storage plus $1100 per month.
This is a part time position; 20 to 24 hours per week.
