We are looking for a motivated, self-sufficient, and detail-orientated individual who has previous experience and knowledge in retail/holistic/alternative care. I.e. supplements, essential oils, etc. Our business is centered around helping others, so the main focus for this role is making sure our customers know that their well-being is our utmost priority. Every customer is made to feel special and cared for while in our facility.
Duties and responsibilities for this role include working very closely with customers to help with their needs, answering questions about products, and helping perform certain services. Managing phone calls and messages to help with customers' questions and appointments is a requirement. Shop upkeep is also necessary for this role such as cleaning and inventory checks.
Tips are included in this position, as well as a 6-month pay evaluation. We also have incentive programs, discounts on products, and most services you can get free (massage/reflexology/facials not included).

Responsibilities
- Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Learn and be knowledgeable on products and services offered in-store
- Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information
- Set up services for customers
- Keep track of inventory
- Keep assigned work areas clean and presentable
- Manage phone calls and messages including being able to book appointments and answering questions
- Build trusting relationships with customers
- Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store’s design)

Requirements
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficiency in English
- Basic Math skills
- Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus and a holistic mind.
- Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints promptly
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Word & Excel
- Knowledgeable with technology i.e Phones and Computer Systems

We will be interviewing end of December and January and starting training. Job starts full time Feb 1st. This will be a 2-3 interview process with background checks on whomever we hire.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.50 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
