Cloud/Systems Technician

An MSP client of ours based in Wenatchee, WA is looking for a Cloud/Systems Technician that ideally has previous MSP experience or has supported multiple end users with multiple locations. Their preference is someone local to Wenatchee/Leavenworth/Chelan/Cashmere/Moses Lake. They are open to remote candidates, but you must be located in WA and able to make a strong case for having success working remotely in the past and being extremely customer service oriented. There will be a required 2-week on-site training upon hire (hotel, food, etc. paid for).

Duration: FTE, Direct-Hire

Schedule: Monday-Friday working Pacific Standard Time Zone (8-5pm)

Job Responsibilities:

Provide Tier III Help Desk Support, ensuring efficient resolution of customer issues.

Manage and maintain Azure cloud systems, including Azure AD and backup/disaster recovery procedures.

Automate processes where possible to improve efficiency and reliability of cloud systems.

Administer and support Office 365 applications, troubleshooting any issues that arise.

Maintain and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and applications.

Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and customer needs.

Support multiple end users across multiple locations, providing high-quality customer service.

Continually update skills and knowledge in cloud systems and technologies, with the potential to obtain Microsoft or Azure certification within the first 6 months of employment.

Job Requirements:

Must haves:

Tier III Help Desk Support skillset

At least 2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role (depending on skill level)

Strong experience within Azure - Azure AD, backup/disaster recovery, IAM, automation, etc.

Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows operating systems and applications

Experience with Office 365 administration and support

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Experience supporting multiple end users with multiple locations or experience at an MSP

Nice to haves:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).

Experience in an MSP environment is strongly preferred

Current Microsoft cloud or Azure certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate) or ability to obtain certification within the first 6 months of employment

Pay Range: $60k - $85k
