Salary & Benefits
Annualized income is $36,480 base plus production bonuses and sales commission
Average yearly compensation for our techs $56,000
4 weeks of paid vacation a year (Vacation plus sick time) and 7 Paid Holidays
(1st year will be prorated to exclude 90 day training period)
401k with 5% company match

Job Responsibilities
Pass and continue to study for pest licensing exams.
Manage your own route and customer’s schedules with ownership thinking.
Inspect residential and commercial properties for pest issues and provide solutions to allow customers to live a “pest-free” life.
Develop and manage relationships with customers while solving their pest related needs.
Create bids for clients for exclusion or other work needed to solve their pest issues.
Drive a company vehicle with “ownership thinking”, keeping it clean and organized; ready for any pest issue that may occur.
Qualifications
Must already possess PCO General Pest License
Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
Ability to manage one’s own time and schedule effectively with “ownership thinking”.
A consistent desire to improve and become the best pest control technician that one can.
Ability to use and learn software necessary in the field.
