We are currently looking for a Lead Installer to join our Team!
Pay: $40.00 -$60.00 /hr. Depending on Experience -Plus Spiffs
Location: Wenatchee, WA

Paid time Off - Vacation starts accruing after 90 days 1.5 hrs per pay period up to 40 hours annually for the first three years.

Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Advanced sheet metal fabrication
Install all system components and accessories
Troubleshooting of installed systems components
Start-up AC's and heat pumps
Install complex venting and combustion air
Advanced low voltage wiring
Install and test line-sets and gas piping
Ability to train and supervise others if needed
Possess all required tools for the job
Be customer-focused
