At Pat Armstrong Ford, we take pride in delivering exceptional service experiences to our customers. Our Service Porter/Customer Service team plays a crucial role in connecting with guests, answering questions, and ensuring a seamless service visit for our guests.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests and taking them to the correct person for their appointment.
Pick up & deliver guests’ vehicles for Service appointments.
Shuttle our guests to local area while their vehicle is in Service.
Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the shuttle and rental vehicles, including fueling and reporting any mechanical issues or damages.
Keeping track of vehicle locations on the lot and maintaining lot tidiness.
Clean vehicles for Sales and Service departments.
Moving and parking cars on the lot.
Be able to manage various tasks daily to ensure great customer service and that our operations run smoothly.
Be a team player.
Tech-savvy – must be able to operate dispatching and map apps on mobile phones.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service (preferred)
Valid driver’s license
