Personal Lines Account Manager
Our growing insurance agency is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. We’re looking for bright, talented, enthusiastic professionals with a passion for the insurance industry who enjoy helping clients as their life needs change (marriage, baby, home/vehicle purchase). Partnering with our clients, and together with our resources, you will further develop the business by analyzing customer needs, identifying solutions and building individual client solution plans.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Uphold the highest level of professionalism with all clients
Build rapport and act upon opportunities to grow existing accounts
Update and maintain accurate customer information in the database
Work with carrier representatives to stay updated on products and policies
Collaborate with clients, account executives, producers, insurance companies, finance companies and other departments
Manage multiple projects, competing priorities and a busy work volume
Educate clients on policy specifics to help them make informed decisions
Qualifications and Skills:
Unwavering professionalism and courtesy with all customers
Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty Insurance License
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to explain complex issues and concepts to customers
