High School Diploma or equivalent
Friendly, outgoing personality
Ability to be a team leader
Genuine passion for helping people
Passion for fitness
Computer and social media skills
Basic math skills
Polished customer service skills
Ability to be detail oriented and thorough
Ability to thoroughly clean the facility and equipment
Ability to perform at 100% without supervision
Ability to be HAPPY while working
Desired skills:
Experience in the fitness industry
Solid customer service experience
Leadership experience
Candidates must be available to work between 8am and 8pm.
Position pays DOE and is hourly + commission/bonuses. For a candidate who can maintain the club at the current level, that would begin with more than $40,000 per year.

Some Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Membership Sales the club manager leads a team that invites guests into our club, takes prospective members on tours, and signs people up for membership.
Membership Management - There are many aspects to a club membership. The manager organizes and manages "all things membership".
Club Promotional Marketing We do use some traditional marketing, but we really prefer the creative "guerilla" type marketing! A good manager understands how to use social media and other creative formats to promote the club.
Community Involvement We love being a part of the local communityeven if it means working on a Saturday. There are countless opportunities to get outside the club and promote our business.
Team Building Leading a team and driving results through motivation and fun is a key component to ensure success in the position. Your team consists of personal trainers, part time staff, group fitness instructors, and a massage therapist.
Member Experience The most important aspect of all! Does your club rock? Do your members love you? Do they like the environment you create inside the club? Are they inspired to share their experience with friends, family, and coworkers?
