Front Desk Agent Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
â¢Checking guests in and out of the hotel using the hotel property management system
â¢Provide exceptional customer service.
â¢Address guest's special requests and transactions in an efficient and timely manner.
â¢Handle multi-phone line systems while demonstrating proper telephone etiquette.
â¢Communicate with all departments and ensure that all guest requests are fulfilled.
â¢A positive attitude towards your work and co-workers is a must
â¢Promote hotel services and amenities
