Speck Dealerships of Grandview is looking for an energetic, friendly, computer savvy individual to join our team. This position will work directly with our management staff, internet salesmen, and service team to help increase our appointments and sales. Must-have experience and characteristics:
- dependable and ability to work a flexible schedule.
- computer savvy. This includes typing quickly, experience sending emails, uploading photos onto computers, assisting with various computer related job duties.
- previous sales experience a plus.
Job Duties Include (but are not limited to):
- answering the main telephone line and dispersing phone calls to the appropriate person.
- email and calling customers to schedule their sales and service appointments.
- following up with previous service and sales customers to get repeat business.
- working with management and sales people on a daily basis and maintaining a friendly relationship.
- assist with schedule automotive services.
