Come join the exceptional nursing team on 2 East/West. 2E/2W is a 34-bed Advanced Care/Telemetry unit that is fast-paced and serves a variety of patient populations with conditions that include cardiac, stroke, pulmonary, GI, GU, and oncology. ROLE SUMMARY
The RN completes individualized patient assessments; develops a care plan based on assessment/history findings; delivers patient-centered care that is culturally appropriate; evaluates a patient's response to care and revises as needed. The RN is accountable to deliver care as well as to oversee and delegate to other personnel (clinical & non-clinical) in delivering/supporting the delivery of care.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Associate's degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred. Previous acute care nursing experience preferred.Washington State (DOH) Registered Nurse licensure required.
