Taneum Creek Brewing is a growing business and it is time to expand its hours! We are looking to add some good help for our taproom a few hours a week (12-24 hours). If you have a passion for beer and love talking about it, we want you! Server responsibilities include opening and closing the taproom, maintaining a clean taproom, and facilitating a positive interaction with customers. We strive to provide a comfortable, family friendly experience for all of our customers and need some great help that can help us spread the love more days of the week.
Responsibilities
Greeting and attending to customers upon entrance
Presenting beer menus or helping customers select beverages
Knowing all current Taneum Creek Brewing beers and being able to share about the history of Taneum Creek Brewing.
Taking and serving orders
Answering questions or make recommendations
Following all SOP and routine tasks: Opening and closing checklists
Dealing with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
MAST Permit
Skills
Customer service experience
POS / hands-on experience in cashier duties
Attention to cleanliness and safety
Patience and customer-oriented approach
Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
Responsible and trustworthy
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.28 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 24 per week
