Looking for someone that has lots of experience. This is a new start up higher end restaurant and bar. Position will help create menu, pricing, and has full control of the kitchen and its staff. This is a very unique setting and will be a NW destination. Not just for the food, but for the experiences and all other parts of this location. It is not a winery. I have a multitude of businesses that are all very successful. One part of the success is that when you come work for me, you become family. I do not want turnover and want everyone to help grow this opportunity and be a part of the success. I share profits for hard work before Christmas. The job will start in early December, however the restaurant will not be opening until late April/early May. Once position starts, we will be creating the menu together, you design recipes, then spend the next few months preparing lunch or dinner for a select few(4-8) and we critique the flavors and work together to nail every menu item. I want to take traditional dishes and elevate them to a new level for the palate. it’s all about being ready to be fully prepared for the grand opening. You never get a second chance to make a first impression. I do have a restaurant/ bar general manager hired as well as a bar manager already in place, ready to go. They will be a part of the second interview as this is a team that will become family to each other. The position will also be responsible for hiring the rest of the kitchen staff to support them.
