Summitview Pediatric Dentistry has been providing specialty dental care for Children in the Yakima Valley since 2008. Our trustworthy Billing Coordinator who has been with us for several years will be leaving her position and we are currently seeking a great candidate to fill that job. Responsibilities include:
In-depth knowledge of dental coding.
Assist patients with any questions regarding billing.
Enter patient financial activity in our system.
Verify & record accounts receivable activity.
Assist Front desk in answering calls and scheduling when needed.
Conduct regular audits to identify coding/billing errors or discrepancies.
Follow up on insurance claims.
Follow up on delinquent accounts.
Arrange payment schedules with patients ahead of appointments.
Work with 3rd party vendor handling insurance verification, billings, receivables.
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma
Prior front office experience with a focus on Dental insurance and billing coordination.
Experience using dental software (Eaglesoft & Vyne) is a huge plus.
